Afro Logic Art Studio hosted the Afro-Glam photoshoot with Co-Creative Director, Yolanda Newson. The Ferguson, MO based studio served as a table for artistic development and cultural revival. Walking into the studio on March 7th, one immediately sensed everyone’s creative juices flurrying amongst the patterned textiles, colorful fabrics, mounds of jewelry, and designer shoes that lined an entire wall of the studio. This project assembled a unique group of individuals that set out to give the world a glimpse of what Afro-Glam can be for our society.
